Team Leader / Production Leader
Function
You are the link between production and office
- You manage production employees and machine operators and are constantly looking for improvements to the packaging process on the working floor.
- You determine the optimal sequence of production orders, taking into account the commercial interests and ensure the timely supply of products, packaging materials and the commissioning of the packaging lines.
- You are (partly) responsible for optimising, motivating and instructing the production team to achieve the best possible result.
- You understand what happens on the shop floor in the production process.
- You ensure that the house rules are enforced in a normal way.
- You dare to make decisions and have the support of your team.
- You will work closely with and report to the Production Manager.

Job requierements
- HBO working and thinking level, in the direction of operational leadership / food.
- Experience in a similar managerial position in a packaging department, preferably in fruit and vegetables or food.
- A team player who is independent.
- Affinity with technology and automation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality systems, such as IFS Food and SKAL is useful.
- You have a good command of the English language. Knowledge of Dutch, Polish/Russian is an advantage.

Location
