The organization owns and operates four packing facilities in multiple global locations including California, Mexico, Peru and UK. Mission has room for a Supply Chain Coordinator who will work with the team to manage and control the entire process of the flow of goods.
Supply Chain Coordinator
Position
A smart developer of logistic improvements
- You will take care of all logistical challenges in the company.
- You are responsible for all inbound and outbound products.
- You will recognize all possible problems and improventments in logistics and look for the solution as well.
- You are the logistic link between sourcing and sales.
- You will coordinate the inventory levels coordinating fruit for (re)packing, ripening, sorting and bagging.
- You will execute weekly inventory count in the warehouse.
- You will verify and insert orders in the system. (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- You report to the Supply Chain Manager or the Sr. Sourcing Manager.

Job requirements
- HBO/BsC working and thinking level.
- Experience in a similar logistic position.
- Experience in fresh produce operations is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a small team
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (certainly Excel)
- You are already living and settled in the Netherlands, in the area of Poeldijk.
- You have a driver's license and your own transport.
- You communicate clearly and fluently at all levels and you have an excellent command of English. If you have a good command of Spanish, or Dutch or German, this is an advantage.

Location
Poeldijk. Easily accessible from Rotterdam and The Hague via the A20, A4 and A13.
Offer
A full-time job for 38 hours per week and daily working between 7:00 and 18:00. This will be done in a flexible way together with your fellow Supply Chain Coordinator. Work from home on a Saturday once every 4 weeks. A responsible, small and informal team. Salary that matches your experience, challenges and achievements.
