The National Agency for the Regulation of Cannabis-Related Activities has launched a multi-week training program across the three provinces authorized for legal cannabis cultivation.
The initiative aims to enhance agricultural production quality and ensure that Moroccan cannabis products meet international market standards.
According to an agency official, the training sessions, held over two weeks in each of the three regions, follow an agreement signed in early January.
The program provides guidance to farmers, cooperatives, and investors on best agricultural practices, covering seed selection, soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, harvesting, and drying techniques. These practices adhere to Bons Pratiques de Production Agricole (Good Agricultural Practices) to ensure high-quality yields.
