SOMAÍ Pharmaceuticals, an EU-GMP certified Multi-Country Operator (MCO) with a broad distribution network for cannabinoid-containing pharmaceutical extracts, has formed a partnership with Georgelle Pharmaceutical Ltd to introduce a selection of cannabis-based medicines in Ireland. This collaboration enables SOMAÍ Pharmaceuticals to expand its operations into Ireland, marking it as the fifth country where the company has established a presence, following its expansion into the UK, Australia, Germany, and Poland.
As part of a three-year agreement, SOMAÍ will supply a diverse range of cannabinoid products to cannabis-prescribing clinics and doctors in Ireland through Georgelle's distribution network. The initial offering will include single-strain THC, CBD, and balanced oral solutions. Plans are in place to broaden the product line to incorporate oral solutions with mint flavors, various terpene profiles, and inhalation extracts with enhanced terpene levels, all from SOMAÍ's origins and senses range.
The initiative aims to provide Irish patients with access to a broad spectrum of cannabis-based medicinal products, featuring improved flavors and customized terpene blends to meet their specific needs.
