Horticulture is not a men's business only

Who says horticulture is all men's work? In an interview with AD, Agnes Scheffers, Ine Janssen, and Hilde Jansen, a former horticulturist's wife, share their thoughts on the subject and discuss how not everyone understands that they are much more than just "the wife of."

Agnes explains, "Some people only want to talk to Ruud. I've even had a temp refuse to take any direction from me, saying, 'I'm not going to listen to you.' To which I thought: You should, since I'm the one who pays your salary."
