Jim has an impressive background within the horticultural and agricultural industry. Jim's appointment underscores the company's commitment to growth, achievable only through the success of its partners and the dedication of team members serving growers every day.
In his new role, Jim will be responsible for positioning the Beneficial Insectary brand in the US market. He will develop and manage the US sales, technical and marketing team. Additionally, Jim will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic initiatives focused on customer intimacy and innovation to accelerate growth in the US market. He will also cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and important industry stakeholders, aiming to make Beneficial Insectary the preferred supplier of biocontrol solutions.
