Green Springs Medical Dispensary in Hot Springs still doesn't have its license after last week's hearing with the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
This is the first medical cannabis dispensary to have lost its license since medical cannabis began opening up in Arkansas in 2019.
Dragan Vicentic, the owner of the dispensary, had filed against the state, challenging the revocation of his license. In today's hearing, the judge announced the request to stay the issue is postponed, for now.
The Green Springs Medical Dispensary license in Hot Springs was initially revoked because of violations including failure to maintain proper inventory records, missing products, expired inventory sales, and improper medication labeling.
