US (VT): Cannabis company partners with veteran non-profit

Satori, located in Middlebury, is Vermont's largest indoor cannabis grower.

In honor of Memorial Day, they've partnered with Hero Grown – a foundation devoted to easing the suffering of military veterans, first responders, and medical workers.

Steven Sprauge, Head of Cultivation at Satori, says he's always had a lot of respect for the veteran community – his father served for 21 years.

"When our company wanted to do some outreach, I raised my hand and said what better to do than help the veterans who have already done so much for us," says Sprauge.

Thats when he reached out to the Hero Grown foundation.
