With over 13 years of experience in the industry, Glendening has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and business development. For the past seven years, Glendening served as director of international business development at Greenstar Plant Products Inc., where he acquired a wealth of knowledge of the global industry.
“My focus is to increase market share and expand the business geographically,” says Glendening. “This a very competitive industry, with new companies popping up almost daily. Driving the business forward, looking for areas of expansion such as the traditional Lawn and Garden market, is key to achieving year over year growth. The industry is forever evolving, so understanding the differences of market dynamics around the world is very important to achieving the goals we have set out for the next 5 years and beyond.
As director of business development, Glendening will oversee and manage business development, partner relations, marketing, and sales activities to support the company’s strategy and vision of becoming the leading manufacturer of innovative and sustainable solutions for the agricultural, industrial, and consumer markets.
