Another round of layoffs at cannabis giant Aurora, after the recent announcement of the agreement with a company that will take care of the sales.
Because of this, Aurora has laid off an unspecified number of sales representatives, MjBizDaily reports
These new layoffs arrive after the company has cut its workforce releasing around 200 staff, and reducing by 75% the operations at the flagship facility Aurora Sky.
Back in June, Aurora laid off 700 workers and disclosed plans to cease operations at five facilities. According to Miguel Martin, CEO of Aurora, all these moves are part of the company’s effort to improve its operations and its ability to meet the needs of the consumers.
