CAN (BC): Citation Growth settles litigation with ACC Enterprises

Citation Growth settled its ongoing litigation with ACC Enterprises. While the details of the settlement agreement are confidential, without admitting any liability, the companies have agreed to go their separate ways. Citation will continue to operate its cultivation and production facility in North Las Vegas (Apex) and will maintain all rights to its licenses (PhenoFarm and Eco Nevada) as well as its brands "Fiore" and "Diamante". ACC will continue to operate its Pahrump facility and will maintain all rights to its licenses as well as its "Superior," "Blunt Box" and "Garden of Weeden."

Last year's August, Citation Growth issued a press release stating the acquisition of ACC, claiming that the acquisition would further allow the large-scale cultivation capacity of the company, while granting at the same time the access to the Nevada market.
