LiveWire Ergogenics has entered into a definitive Agreement with QDG Agricultural to begin construction for operation at its Estrella Ranch facility in Paso Robles, California.
"Under the terms of the agreement, LiveWire has retained QDG to design, construct and manage phase-1 of its self-sustained scalable grow facility to include all necessary buildouts required for operations on the property," the team with the company explains. "QDG will provide marketable cannabis strains as allowed per California Laws under a unique profit-sharing model between the parties. LiveWire will manage the real estate, complete all permitting processes and obtain and maintain (through its subsidiaries) all operating permits."
