Terra TechCorp (TRTC) subsidiary,MediFarm LLC, is pleased to announce that it has successfullysecured a special use permit in Clark County, Nevada for a medicalcannabis cultivation and production facility. On June17th the Company presented to the Board of Commissionersand successfully secured a special use permit for its proposed LasVegas facility. The MediFarm team presented to the commissiontheir extensive experience in traditional agriculture as well asmedical cannabis cultivation and extraction. The Company receivedunanimous consent from the commission and will move forward inapplying to the State for a business license to operate itscultivation and production facility.

The proposed facility is approximately 35,000 Sqft and will contain both cultivation and production at the samelocation. The team is working towards completing theirstate application while at the same time working aggressivelytowards submitting an application to the City of Las Vegas tooperate a medical Cannabis dispensary. The company intends togive further updates about their efforts throughout Nevada as theyprogress through the process, reach certain milestones and enternew applications.
